Our semi-finished aluminiumbronze products made from CuAl10Ni5Fe4 are available in various forms to suit your requirements. We stock round bars, extruded & drawn or extruded only, as well as extruded or forged flat and square bars. We also supply drawn hexagon bars and a selection of rolled sheets and plates. We stock hollows and cast round bars in the material grade CuAl10Ni5Fe5-C, CC333G.

The material is characterised by high strength values even at elevated temperatures of up to approximately 400 °C. It shows good corrosion resistance to neutral and acidic aqueous media as well as seawater and a good resistance to scaling, erosion and cavitation.
CuAl10Ni5Fe4 has very high wear resistance. Good sliding properties are achieved when paired with mating materials that have hard surfaces and with proper lubrication.
